Both are British owners and offer a far better service and lower rates than most. Top Villas now cover and let out a huge proportion of the Villas in Reunion.. and that's for a reason I guess ;)

We manage several properties in the area and are based right next door in Celebration. My property managers, Alejandro and Virginia live in town and own over 10 long term investment properties themselves. We require no contract or long term commitments. Our fees are straight forward and have proven to be very functional for our other clients. We make the process as simple as we can. 100 per month flat fee for rent collection, visits to property, deposits, maintenance visits, etc... If at any point, the property needs repairs, we charge at-cost and many repairs can be done in-house. To place a tenant- place property in MLS system, screen applicants, write lease etc...- our fee is 1 month rent. If that tenant remains longer than 1 year. No charge the following year to extend the lease. That should give you a quick idea of our fees and general service, but obviously there is much more to management than what I have mentioned here.
