Okay.... I could get you a place to own.... 2 BR 1 bath condo. Has a garage. Nice location, near shopping. Has beautiful grounds and two pools.
Terms: $5,000 option to move in. This would go toward purchase price if you buy. Lease/Option. Rent $2,200 per mo. The rent is due on the 1st. If late there is a $100 late fee.... if more than 30 days late the deal is off.... no deal.
$200 per mo to be applied toward purchase price. $2,400 per year toward purchase.
Must have credit references. Will run credit report.
Two year term. You pay all utilities and maintenance fees. You take care of place. If something breaks, you fix it at your cost.
Purchase price: $355,000.
Call me at 707-575-2001.

When the seller's market is brisk, as it is in most areas of California, there are fewer rent to own properties around. This is typically an option sellers resort to when they can't see their homes. You might consider staying with a rental until you can afford to buy.
