If it's been long enough to ask, I'd read through a couple other agent profiles on Trulia and call them directly until you get an answer. There is always someone eager to help you out immediately!

Unless the agent logs into Trulia and checks their messages it can take a while. Your best bet is to contact an agent directly, pick up the phone. It's the best way :o)

If you use the 'contact' link....forever.
If inquiring regarding a rental....never.
If you pick up the phone and call 727.420.4041 and you hear "Hello, this is Annette, how may I help you?" ...immediate.

no more than 24 hours. Usually good realtors respond right away and at least tell you that they will answer your questions within certain time - frame

Barbara,

If you are contacting a Realtor directly I would hope within a couple of hours, the next day the latest.

Work with a Realtor to assist you in finding a home.

It should only take a day or so. How long has it been?

Have your realtor contact them. They will respond quicker than if you responded. Then there will be the credit application for your credit check, background and any prior evictions. After that has been completed the homeowner should respond quickly. When do you need to move in?
