You are just a little early to start. Rentals in Metrowest usually go in matter of a few days. I suggest starting your search in early to mid November so at lease the choices will be available by the time you come here.
Hope this helps.

By way of introduction my name is Mike Luzzo of Easy Street Realty. The web server has provided me your information and I am here to help. I noticed by your keywords that you are looking for a rental. To your benefit I work very closely with a top notch property management group called Verandah properties. Below is a letter from the managing broker of Verandah, Pamela McNab-Syvertson. This information will point you in the right direction for your needs and will expedite your process. Hope this helps! Good Luck!

Thank you for your email. First let me say, that there is no centralized and/or organized way to go about looking for a rental property in Orlando. When someone wants to purchase, there is, and all Realtors work together to show properties of their own and of other Realtors to try and help a buyer find a property. Alas; in rentals, there is not.
What I can give you are a few tips; One please check out my company's website at http://www.verandahproperties.com and if there are any properties on our list that meet your criteria, we can set you up with our company's Leasing Agent to show you the properties that work for you. If you don't see anything, please check http://www.rentals.com and/or http://www.freerentalsite.com; the majority of Property Management companies pay to have their inventory listed on one or both of these sites so you can really get a lot of good information in one place. Unfortunately, you'll have to do your due diligence and contact the management companies directly for those properties you're interested in. Alternatively, a property management company that I know of has come up with a system to try and bridge the gap, however they do charge a fee to show properties to potential renters.....this may be valuable to you, only you can decide. You can reach them at http://www.leasingorlando.com
I wish I could be of more help, but do hope this information was helpful to you. Thank you!
