Depending on the views, that could be a little tough. Try contacting Mark McNabb. He is a fantastic rental agent and has the resources to assist you:

Depending on your taste in views, a couple of places come to mind.

For city views you could consider a couple of places:

Diamond Heights and Twin Peaks. There is a 2/2 on Crestline Drive for $3,100 with great views and is well equipped. Another on Crestline is a 2 bed/1 ba for $2,900 that has stunning views.

Potereo Hill is always another good option for city views and the weather may be warmer.

For ocean views:

The Outer Richmond. In the higher avenues and in some of the hilly areas here you can find some incredible views of the Pacific Ocean. Built in sunset views every night! There is a 2 bedroom with sun room on 35th Avenue that is going for $2,550 and 2 bed/1 bath on Clement and 39th for $2,650. No 2nd bath but it is 1,050 square feet!
