Monthly maintenance fees is in *United Mutual* in Laguna Woods average around $600 a month, I believe they are similar in United Third. Those asking for the amount you mentioned are profiteering. It they are attempting to rent in United Mutual in Laguna Woods they do not own the property they are offering to rent to you. The Cooperative owns the property. I would not pay more than they pay each month.

It never hurts to ask. If it's something that has been vacant for awhile...it's worth a shot. Good luck.

Much will depend on the individual landlord, some are negotiable, others not.....

Hi Gilbert,
Yes, they can be. It depends I'd they have any applications already or if the owner is willing to negotiate.
I can help you with the owner and leasing of the property.

Everything is negotiable if you have two willing parties to negotiate. Good Luck.
