EZ Lease rentals represents prospective tenants get qualified with landlords by providing peace of mind to the landlord that would typically decline the prospective tenant due to negative credit history, broken leases, evictions, foreclosures and bunkruptcies. EZ Lease assists landlords manage their risk better than if they were to give an opportunity to bad credit renter on their own.

Dja thanks for taking time out to help your friend find answers to their situation, it shows that you are a true friend..Your friend is not the only one that are going through tough economic times, just look around. While most apartments today do require a credit check, their are some that are willing to consider other factors in whether to lease to you or not. Job stability, any prior evictions, can they make the monthly obligations of rental, do they have any criminal convictions. She can also look for homes for rent. Some real estate agent will help you with home rentals as well.

Most landlords will require a credit check - and employment verification letter.
If his credit is that bad, your friend might want to write a letter explaining the "credit problems" he has had (IF they can be explained). Under the circumstances, he might also need a co-signer for the lease.

He might also want to offer to pay a few months rent in advance.
Not sure this will help, but it's worth a try.

While we do check credit on our rental apps, it is not necessarily the most important thing to us. The most important thing is that they do not have any recent evictions, have a good rental history and verifiable income. Feel free to have your friend look at our available properties.
