This is a scam, the person who posted this rental is possing as the real estate agent. Robert Joffe is a licensed agent in the State of Arizona and his correct contact information can be found on the Arizona Department of Real Estate website. Do not contact the person who posted this listing. He is not the real Robert Joffe. We found this and we are looking into this fraud scam and trying to get this removed.

Could not determine which home you are inquiring about. If it is advertised below market rents, it could be a teaser rate for the first month or first few months. It could also be a scam. You may want to work with a real estate agent that can assist to make sure you are getting into a legitimate lease and getting reasonable terms. In most cases you do not have to pay a leasing agent to find you a home.

The onwers who rent out via a management company is because they do everything for us not ever having to deal w/ tenants. No name is given, we get copies of credit checks and this year our price for our Central Phoenix Townhome, gated community rose and the management company is the one who keeps up w/ the demands and location since we have a premium location. Currently we're looking either purchase another home and want to rent for about 6 months and hopefully sell this home. Best wishes everyone on what you're doing, selling, renting and buying. Stress but this is a great place I just found where we can all communicate.

If it seems too good to be true, it most likely is! Please verify the owner/landlord BEFORE sending any money!!!

We don't know what property you are asking about, but you are wise to be cautious. There are scams out there that appear too good to be true. Most will want you to mail a deposit to someone in a foreign country. Others have involved local people renting out abandoned or foreclosed homes that they don't have the authority to.
Tread carefully and get some help. If it's a listed property an agent can assist you, the seller's generally pay any fee and the agent can verify the authenticity of the offer.
