I have never heard of a tenant paying property tax. Normally a landlord charges whatever they can get for rent and then pay all the bills. The owner is responsible for taxes, not tenants.

The property tax is included in the monthly rent. The only time it would not be is if you were leasing with an option to purchase, then the tax might be your responsibility.

Usually the owner pays the property tax.

It depends on the lease terms. Generally, residential properties are rented with gross leases that include property tax in the rent.
