There's nothing "typical" about breaking a CONTRACT!

What does your lease say?

This varies from deal to deal. Each pm company or landlord will have their own policy for this. Some pay require a few months worth of payments, some may require the full lease amount, some may only require a 30 day notice. You need to read your lease and discuss it with you landlord.

Once you sign a lease you are obligated for the full term of the lease. In some cases, the landlord is willing to charge a fee for early termination for the months the property is vacant without a tenant and release the tenants from any obligations if the property is leased.

Every landlord is different and it's on a case by case basis.

There is no typical early termination. It depends on the owner of the property to dictate the price. That price varies since it is not pre determined.
