What is the standard broker fee paid to a broker who finds you a short-term (6 month) tenant?

There are no standard commissions, as are most things in Real estate, everything is up for negotiation.

It depends on what you get for that fee - how much of the Internet exposure, how high a rent (closer to your asking price or at asking) you would get, and how quickly it happens.
Also, if your commission offered is below the market price, you may not get as much traffic through the MLS posting.

Everything is negotiable even though there are some industry "standards" as most agent previously explained. Leasing commissions are typically paid by the Landlord.

Negotiable, but customarily is the first month rent and the owner pays it. Love to be of help.

There are no standard fees - it is whatever is negotiated between the parties.
