Adam, do you currently own the property or are you considering buying investment property in the area? We deal with a lot of investors out of town who flip property to either rent or sell. Knowing which ones to invest in and which areas is key. Great income and ROI potential right now.

Single family homes for rent in Ohio City do vary, but due to the high demand for rental properties currently, I would say unless the property is in need of repair or not in good condition, $750-850 would be the minimum amount you could expect to pay for a property with those specifics. As Ohio City is a very small area, the amount of rent could vary street by street and those properties with the most amenities such as parking, a/c and updated kitchens and baths would garner even more monthly rent. Totally updated single family homes in certain areas could fetch as much as $1500 a month or more. Ohio City's proximity to downtown is attractive to professionals new to the city who are not sure when they are going to buy, but have the income to pay for higher end properties as a short term buying alternative.

Rentals can vary in that area greatly. It really depends on what has been done to the home, square footage, amenities, exact location, etc. It can be anywhere from $600 all the way up to near $2,000 depending.
