We can help people with poor credit, let me know what type of home you are looking for and I will see if anything meets your needs. I would need to know how many bedrooms and bathrooms, any required amenities, and if you have pets.

You can also look at our homes at If you would like to speak to an agent, please call 702-487-8034.

Thank you,

By law, the most you can pay is 3 months in advance, to protect both you and the landlord. You can however, put down an additional amount as a deposit.

If you have any questions about finding a home with these terms, please feel free to call me.

It is hard to get a job here. My advice is that you come here about 1 month before you plan to move and get jobs here first. You might be unemployed for months based on the lack of jobs that are here in Las Vegas. By getting the job ahead of moving, you save yourself a lot of needless headaches.

Are you looking to rent or lease-to-own? What type of property are you looking for (town home, condo, single family, or ??) How many bedrooms do you require? What is most important to you (proximity to schools, shopping, community, or ??). The more you can share about specifically what you are looking for the more you will enable us to provide you with exactly what you are looking for. There are many options available to you throughout the valley with a rent cap of $1,200.

Ok, we specialize in helping people with rentals. You'll need to show 3x that amount each month for the year. So 1200 x 3 = 3600 x 12 = about 40,000
If you can show this amount you would be approved to rent a 1200 per month home. Please email me your criteria and we will help you. Matt -

If you are willing to pay a year's rent in advance along with the security deposit, you should have no problem finding a landlord that would be willing to rent to you, even with poor credit. If you are looking to relocate to Summerlin and can afford $1200, you might be able to find a small home there. Rentals in other areas of town may be less expensive.

Have you checked out the job situation?
