I use Savannah Suites-Arvada 720-889-2111 for my clients for short term rental. Some of them like it and some don't.

Good luck,

Marti,

If you do Google 'corporate rentals', one that will come up is 'The Breakers' in Denver. We had a new home built and our home sold quicker than we thought. We spent a few months there and it was very comfortable and affordable with all of the amenities you could imagine. This is in SE Denver but I am sure there there are simalar facilities available in whatever areas you like in the Denver Area. All the best.

I would ask your real estate broker who listed your home. Knowing that you were building and were going to need something in the interim, he or she should be able to help you. You can also check craigslist. If the building process is well under way and you need just a month or two you may want to put your furniture in storage and find a furnished rental. Landlords usually prefer leases to be up in other than winter. You may need to pay a premium for short term. And, if it is just for a month or two, you may need to consider smaller. Good luck!

Hi Marti,

I would Google 'corporate rentals' and 'short term rentals'. You will be able to find some options for what your are looking for in the area you need. I did the same thing years ago and rented at 'The Breakers' in SE Denver. Great place and location for us with great amenities. I would recommend them if it is not too far to commute for you. They also may have sister companies or suggestions for you as well that might work for you.
