I have a family in Haslet that have already bought and closed on their new home. Based on the circumstances they (your situation is ideal) would be willing to lease their home. Itâ€™s a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 baths with a HUGE game room, pool and outdoor living area. If all goes well once your house in New Jersey sells we could begin the process for purchasing their house.
As a back up there are several sellers in the Haslet, Keller and Trophy Club areas that are willing to do similar types of leases. We just need to begin the process of finding the area that works best for your family.

I could show you homes that are being offered for-sale and for-lease in our Realtor MLS at the same time. Some owners will take whichever type of prospect (a Renter or a Purchaser) that makes them a good offer first. Once you get your New Jersey home sold and the lease ends, you could purchase the home you are then living in and not move a second time.

The trick will be finding the seller who can lease until your home in NJ sells...most times the sellers would need the proceeds from the sale to put down on the purchase of their new home...but every person's situation is different.
