Honestly, I think a majority of listings on here are scams. I report them and they don't do anything so I have unsubscribed.

With rentals, if it looks to good to be true it is almost always a scam. Good luck and be careful.

Total scam. It's the 5th fraudulent listing I've found on Trulia since joining in January 2015. I don't know why they aren't paying more attention to listing requests. A simple Google Maps search of the address reveals immediately if it is a scam. Someone should contact the Better Business Bureau or even the FBI to report Trulia for not doing their due diligence. Many innocent and honest people are getting scammed. Trulia does have a responsibility to vet their listings and they are not doing it. I post this as proof that Trulia has been advised of this problem. I've sent them numerous emails about it. They have the information and now the ball is in their hands.

Can you please provide the link of that post so that we can evaluate if that is a scam?

That's the place I was looking at for my roommate and I.

You haven't shared what you think is a scam. In general however, if something is too good to be true, it probably isn't true.
