Okay, Ive lived in that area. It's not safe and you are probably not going to feel comfortable at all. The closer you are to living on actual park circle the nicer it is, but once you go out a few blocks from park circle it gets really sketchy really fast. If you are closer to park circle, you will probably like it there are lots of families and its a really cute neighborhood with lots of interesting resources if you seek them out. However, if it is over three blocks out of park circle, I'd go ride by and see it because there is a good chance that it looks a lot like skid row. South Rhett goes from park circle to the nasty part of River's Avenue, so it really depends on which end of that "digestive tract" you are on. Closer to park circle, people are generally pretty friendly and take pride in their homes and yards and are more or less active and social. I'd love to live there forever. So, again, if you can, I'd either ride by and scope it out or look on a map and see if it is closer to Rivers Ave or Park circle. Especially if it is around or after that little creek in South Rhett, I'd pass.
