You should first review your lease to make sure the terms are clear on termination of the lease from your landlord. Something as simple as late payments can be grounds to terminate a lease.

Daphne...Need a whole lot more info and probably an attorney to answer this one. Did the landlord terminate the lease early? If so, why? Did he lose the property to foreclosure? Too many unknowns. Could provide a better opinion with more info...
