I don't think there is anything in my post that is talking negatively about YOU personally. I was simply pointing out how a landlord looks at evictions in an attempt to help you understand why you're having the problems that you are having. Landlords have the freedom to choose the best application that tends to show the least amount of risk to them financially.
I think you're being overly defensive for some reason.. But yes, I'd be happy to not post in your threads if that's the way you're going to be.

I would attempt to live with family and/or friends and help out with the rent and develop some type of positive rent history. Otherwise it will probably have to be Extended Stay Motels or you will have to pre-pay a large portion of the lease period, including first and last months rent. When landlords have to evict it cost them lots of money in legal fees and lost rent payments. From a landlord's perspective, it's better to have a vacant property, rather than an occupied property that isn't generating income and costing money to file and pursue the eviction.
Good luck Kisha. I wish I could help, but I can't.
