Realtors trying to sell and get potential landlord of the property im renting from, if someone buys property will i get booted out?

Hi Voyage1985,
Yes, it's true that the new owner would need to honor your lease agreement that you have with the current owner. Once your lease expiration nears then the new owner would let you know whether you need to find a different home or perhaps may negotiate a new lease term with you.

NO ACTIVE LEASE...? Then you are subject to eviction Process. Good Luck...

If your tenancy is not governed by a current valid lease then you are subject to a typical landlord tenant relationship.
You could be given a valid notice to quit and an eviction process would begin. If there is a valid lease in your name that Contract applies.
