Dear Jessica this seems to good to be true, and more than likely it is. there are many scams going on. Be aware that there are people being evicted renting out apartments. Save yourself the the headache and find a professional to help you find a home.

Let common sense prevail. This is an uncommon home, and $1,200.00 wouldn't cover the real estate taxes. Deal with a Realtor, who will help you locate a rental that is appropriate for you. All the best to you.

187 Armstrong ave is deff a scam it is a home for sale what they do is copy all the pics from the realestates site or listings then just add their own or made up email address thats it also 2 bedrooms in Sunnyside the good old missionary who is out of state in nigeria or africa? hello scam scam scam if its too good to be true it is!!!!
