Hi Tim:

There are some really great sites mentioned and also check out

Like Dianne mentioned below, do not wire money or fall a home or condo for rent
that is too good to be true.

A word of caution when looking for your rental, especially on public websites like Craiglist.. Be careful who you rent from, especially if they ask for money via Western Union, wire, and/or out of the country/area. I have had my real estate listings "lifted", pictures copied onto Craigslist and advertised for rent at a low rent by scammers. The scammers even came into one of my open houses to show the bedroom for rent!!!! If the rent seems too good to be true, it may be. Professionally run complexes with established rental offices are a more secure approach. Be cautious who you give your deposit to and ensure it is a legitimate rental. Best of success in your search and move to the area.

Hi Tim, Here on Trulia is a good For Rent section. Additionally, Craigslist and are also good resources.
