Rentals in Alpharetta>Question Details

Chichore2003, Renter in Frederick, MD

My husband is being tranfered to Georgia. We're moving out January 2013.

Asked by Chichore2003, Frederick, MD Fri Oct 12, 2012

Our house is in a short sale process. We're behind in mortgage payments. Other than that, our debts are current. My credit is good. Could we get a rental? we're looking for a townhome in 30022. Someone may help us?

Hi Chichore,

Rick is right, rentals don't stay on market for more than 30 days, so you can start actively looking in the end of November. Credit history is important to get approved for rent but it is not the only criteria. Showing enough income to cover rent and living expenses would help.

I will be happy to help you finding a good rental home. You can start your search at

Absolutely...IF you can make a case for your ability to pay the rent going forward. I would be happy to help you find some properties that might be of interest. When do you plan to actually start looking here? Generally speaking rental properties move somewhat quickly, say within 30 days, so if you are not coming until January I would start to seriously look in mid-November.

Feel free to give me a call or send me an email about your schedule. To start I can set you up with listing alerts for rentals in the area and price range you are interested in.
