Do you have good rental history? If you dont have good credit, at min you will need to be proven to have good rental history.
Try out http://www.findyourtexashome.com/leasing. Most of the properties are investor own and they are usually more flexible with credit score. Be prepared to pay up to 2 months of rent as security deposit.
