There are many great rentals available in Maple Grove, almost all of them will want to do a credit check but if you're able to prepay for multiple months worth of rent that would help

You can relocate back to Ventura County CA if things don't work out in Maple Grove. Plenty of jobs and a strong local economy has resulted in an increase in our recent population stats. 'We'll leave the light on' :-)

We have a higher end single family home for rent (would also consider rent to own) in Maple Grove, Wayzata schools. Please contact me (text or voice) and we can discuss what you are looking for, price point and timing. Mary 612.309.5575 (homeowner)

Absolutely, just be up front and honest. From a landlords perspective, if everything else checks out, you may be a person that sticks around for more then just 1 year, which is enticing for a landlord

When renting bad credit can be overlooked a lot of times by have an additional security deposit. Save up some money and you should be able to get into a house.

Any specific areas that look good for a family of 4?

Yes but I would recommend talking to a local lender. Depending on specifics you may still be abke to buy. Kelly at U.S. Home Source Realty.
