Most landlords/owners prefer their tenants to have a minimum credit score of about 620. However, I have helped several renters before with poor credit scores. As long as you have proof of income (bank statements, pay stubs) you should be okay. Your monthly income should be at least 3 times the amount per month that your rent costs.
