Our company, Realty Masters, is the largest rental company in the Pensacola area. We currently have around 40 rental homes that you can view on our website at http://www.PensacolaRealtyMasters.com
To answer your question in regarsd to pets- each of our homes are individually owned, so we must run it by the individual property owner. Most ads will indicate some type of preference of pets- 1) No pets 2) Pets accepted on approval (individual case by case basis) 3) Weight or size limits based on association rules or owner preferences 4) Number of pets restricted.
Make sure to find this information on the ad to consider these comments before approaching owners.
The pets will be considered as part of your application. Typically, if you have good credit, income, and references, the owners will be much more likely to consider multiple pets.
What I suggest to people is to take a picture of the pets and write a letter explaining more information about your pets:
size, age, weight, breed, names, temperment, etc.
It also helps to have a letter from your current landlord to include that will help to!
Of course, most real estate companies in the Pensacola area will not rent to aggressive breed dogs so definitely consider that.
Since you are moving to the area, I will also give you this resource on moving to the Pensacola area: http://realtymastersoffl.blogspot.com/2012/01/is-it-in-good- This blog describes ways that you can investigate neighborhoods in the Pensacola area from afar and will surely be a valuable resource with your move.
