I recommend that you have a Realtor help you out with the search of a home. The websites you are looking at do not have the most up to date information that a realtor can provide you.

Hiring a Realtor will save you time and money....There are also a lot of scams out there that unsrupolous peopel are using Realtor listings to advertise homes for rent to get moeny from you and the homes are not for rent.

Hi Shauna,

It would definitely be beneficial for you to utilize the services of a REALTOR during your search. I have had many clients send me listings they have found on various sites, only for them to realize the information is no longer valid. Hiring a realtor will save you time in your search.

Hey Shauna,

You can start your search here http://www.CharlotteHomeConnect.com. If you're interested in knowing more about low down or 100% financing programs out there, I know them all! I'm here seven days a week to assist you. How about a brand spanking new home for 100% financing? Call me direct when you're ready.

Good luck!

Warmly,
