I knew they would jump all over that one.
At least you have a year until the next storm season.

Not any more. Storm season is just around the corner, and I want to be prepared. My current home has no type of safe room or storm shelter. After last year, I deserve a little peace of mind. My lease is about to expire, and I have the option to renew. If I find a property with a safe room, I am going to jump at it.

Other companies include Sterling Property Management (Based out of Norman), Rent King, and Century 21 Goodyear Green. Per some hints below, rentals are scarce now.

Best of luck!

Hi Donna,

In answer to your request here are 3 Leasing Companies I work with who can help you on rental properties in OKC, Yukon, Edmond, Guthrie, etc. what we call the Oklahoma City Metro Area. I suggest you send them an e-mail. I've provided you with their websites, e-mails, phone numbers, and contacts. If you would tell them I sent you...I get a finder's fee. Also, pick up a copy of this Sunday morning Daily Oklahoman newspaper to see what is available from their ads.

Donna, these companies have their own properties and properties they manage for investors and absentee homeowners. Unfortunately you've probably found this out, but in the Oklahoma City Metro area the vacancy rate is 1% so rental properties bring a premium price right now.

Hope this helps you, let me know if you have any questions, and good luck.

Yours truly,
Bill

Good morning:
Have you thought about buying: Your monthly investment would be about the same and then you will be able to use the interesta nad taxes as a tax deduction at the end of the year:

thank you
