Live/work rentals in Denver

Asked by pamkalish, Denver, CO Wed Dec 5, 2012

I'm planning to relocate my picture framing business to Denver from Chicago and am looking for live/work rental options. I've been following what's available on Craigslist but am also wondering if there might be other options available. Any advice would be appreciated -- thanks!

Here is a link to with the top 10 finalist for live, work, play neighborhoods (voted by the public). There are usually rentals availbable in the these areas. Rentals are tough in Denver area and competition is steep. Location is key and metro Denver has many excellent neighborhoods that work well for your biz. Good luck!

Denver's vacancy rate is very low. There are a good variety of live/work properties around the city, but it may take awhile to find one. Craigslist is old school in Denver. Try some of the rental management companies: TCJ management 303-324-6988 or or Good luck!

Pam, I have a client who is building new Live/Work units in the Baker Historic neighborhood. They will be available for purchase, not rent. So may not be an opportunity for you. Live/Work units in Denver are relatively rare and can be tough to come by. Best of luck!
