LOOKING TO RENT A HOUSE 2 BED PREF. CREDIT ISNT TOO GREAT & HAVE A BROKEN LEASE BUT MORE THAN A YEAR AGO AND NOW HAVE 7 MONTHS OF GOOD RENTAL.

I would focus on for rent by owners that way you can plead your case to the landlord themselves. In many cases if they feel you're a quality character they will be willing to over look those negative hits. With a broken lease I would be surprised if any agent would accept a lease application honestly. Apartments might allow you to move in however I would expect a much higher deposit :/ Frustrating I know but hang in there.
