Yes but if you plan to rent a place for a year you should have gates for the stairs ect.

To me, this completely depends on what you consider 'good' for a newborn. Does 'good' mean that you can easily stroll the baby in and out in a stroller? Does it mean that there are carpeted floors for softer 'play' areas? Or does it mean it is all hard surface supposing your baby has allergies??

My advice would be to go and visit, lead compliance is one piece of the puzzle when it comes to babies.

Hi Jeanette, this property is Lead Compliant (Lead Safe), so yes, it would be good for a newborn. Another consideration would be 3rd floor unit vs. a 1st floor unit. Both units are available at this address. Would you like an appointment to view the 1st and/or 3rd floor unit? Please let me know.
