Aubrey,

If you are looking to rent and are not currently working with a realtor, call me. I'd be happy to assist you from finding the right property to negotiating on your behalf. Also just for your information, Rembrandt is no longer available for lease, only the home on Parma is still available.

Best of luck,

There are two seperate townhomes I am referring to. Both are $1350.

3245 Parma Ln, Plano TX
or
7113 Rembrandt Dr
Plano TX

I love both of these homes and have a friend who lives in the neighborhoold. It would be perfect if the price could come down a little.

Thank you!!
