If there is any home that is not in a planned unit development and has no hoa fees...that is your best bet. Rancho Del Rey has homes that fit this category.

As the other post say, you would have to check with the HOA of the place you are looking into renting, but also, on the majority of 91910 and some parts of 91911 you may be able to have or park a boat. Also just in case you can't, there are storage places all over Chula Vista 91913,91914 and 91915 .

You have to check city rules and regulations as well as HOA rules and regulations for each individual home you're interested in. This is not a black or white answer. Best of luck.

All HOA's and landlords are different. You'll have to check for each property.
