Is it easier to rent out a 3 bedroom house versus a 5 bedroom?

It all comes down to price. If it includes heat and the price is the same as a 3 I would take the 5. But if I have to pay higher rent and the heat and do not need the room of a 5 I would take the 3. If you had a bunch of college kids renting it might be even more desireable if the cost per person would be even cheaper.

That would have to depend on the area that you were looking to rent in and it would all depend on what you would want to get for rent. A 5 Bedroom in more of a city area, would probaly be a better rent price vs going out to the suburbs where the price of a 5BR may be to high for what someone would be willing to pay as the standard would be a 3-4 Bedroom Single. But in the end, you need to know where you are looking and what the rental market to make an informed decision. If I can be of any assistance, just let me know.
