Im getting out of the military and enrolling at Orange Coast College, on the gi bill ($2200) a month. I have enough money for month's rent plus deposit. Will get military pay for one additonal month. I will be getting a job asap, but need a place to rent. Credit score 637.

I am a Veteran from the 82nd. I live in the neighborhood and would love to help you out. I know of a great place in the East side of Costa Mesa that may work out great for you. Give me a call or shoot me an email and lets set something up. There is a tone of stuff available in the area I am sure you will be able to find something. At worst you can rent a room from someone who posts on the school bulletin board at OCC.

The link below has some that may fit your needs. Also Google the Daily Pilot and the Orange County Register. There may also be available rentals on your campus bulletin board. Thank you for your military service for our country.…

you may be limited by Landlords willing to agree but you should have no problem finding a place to call home.

let me know if there is anything you need.

I think that should work, as my brother-in-law who only had his GI money was able to rent an apartment in Rowland Heights while he was going to Mt. SAC, no employment.
