The same jokester from last week who said they saw no reason to work with "estate agents" yet here they are AGAIN... asking for help with lame questions AGAIN.

Go away - you're wasting people's time. Other agents - please don't feed the trolls on these boards. Respect yourselves - Your time should be too valuable to keep enabling these time-wasting chiselers.

Consult your lease, terms of payments will be lined out in the lease.

What does the lease say? ............................

It all comes down to what rental agreement says.

That depends on the agreement in place and the time given for the tenant to move out. Being the 1st of the month has no real value of anything as a cut off date. Is the notice 30 days or 60 days, and why did the tenant (have to) leave? Was tenant still in first 12 months lease? Is a in rent control? etc, etc. Become a member of EBRHA. Good for all owner.
