Hi, we have a lovely furnished pool home in Davenport which we have been using as our family vacation home but have decided to let it long term (not holiday rental) as we are not currently using the home. Davenport is a very nice area and full of great deals. There are many rentals in the area especially Holiday rentals. The European market frequent Davenport regularly and the the " villas" rent on a repeated basis. A very nice arrangement.
