Hi Lala,

How are you? I hope you're enjoying the holiday season

I have a $1250 1bdrm with a small home office that you can convert to the 2nd bdrm. If you're willing to do a 6th floor walkup, it's a nicely renovated apartment in Washington Heights.

Looking forward,

Hi Lala,
Sorry this one didn't work for you. Let me know if you're still looking. I'll keep you in mind and contact you if I come up with anything else like this that's not a walkup.

Hi Christine,
This is really interesting but the only problem is th 6th floor walk up. I also see your other listings in and I really like the one with the eating kitchen but over my budget too.

This is gonna be tough right now. That is a rather extreme price point for a Manhattan two bedroom rental to say the least. It doesn't speak well of Queens either. Be aware, anything being offered as 2BR for $1200, might be some smaller converted space. You also would probably need first month and security. I hope you don't have a Dog. I also hope someone can step up with something for you. Good luck and Happy Holidays.

Hi Joseph
Thank you for your advice. So, what is the price range of a two bdrm in the upper west and east side Manhattan. Otherwise, my husband likes Queens and I would like to know also the price range. Thanks.

Hi LaLa

I would be more than happy to show you some options. I just need a couple of minutes of your time to understand what is important to you in an apartment. Also, depending on your desired area and price point, there could be some great NO FEE options as well!

Looking forward to working with you!

If you're interested in subrenting you can contact me. I'm not a real estate person but I have a 2bedroom and was trying to find a roommate but it's not working so I'm just going to rent out the whole apartment.
