Yes - property managers like myself take into consideration more than just your credit report. Just make sure to explain what will be found on your credit report, why it happened and how important it is to keep your perfect rental history. Some landlords may decline you, but I'm sure you'll find plenty who understand your situation.

Good luck.

Many people have been and are were you are right now. You will be able to rent. Go forward confidently.

I have a few rental homes I would certainly consider you for. Credit history for me reflects little about if a person will be a good tenant. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way.

All the best,

Of course you will.
Perfect rental history. Good income. You will find you have more options than you realize.
Best of success.
