Josefina, Renter in 96815

I have bad credit and it is hard to rent with my budget and my budget is $1500-$3500. Will anybody take me for their lease?

i have references that can back me up on being reliable and responsible. I like a very nice place thats why my budget is up there. I prefer not to live in a dump, but live in Honolulu.

It's possible to rent a home with bad credit. It may however depend on why the credit is bad and how recent the derogatory marks are on your report.

Yes, you can definitely get a good place.
Send details with your request, move-in date, length of lease, etc.

You could explain why you have bad credit. You probably need a consigner on your lease to guarantee payment. The best thing to do is to improve your credit. Check out Hawaii Homeownership for their classes on credit and the home buying process. Nominal fee.
