Your lease is up when the document you signed says it is up. You need to have a very clear discussion with your landlord about your expected move-out timeframe and how the security deposit will be returned. If your lease isn't over, then I expect that you haven't gotten the security deposit back either. That should be returned to the person who submitted it. It's nearly the end of May; you've got to get on these things right away!!
If your landlord did not give you notice that he or she is not renewing you are automatically on a month to month lease starting June 6th at the same price. If you are moving out you must move out June 5th.
