Hello,

Our team would be happy to assist you find a property that you can call home. What do we do? We interview you to find out exactly what you're looking for and begin an intense search to find properties to meet your requirements -- once we're able to narrow down the search, we can take a drive to take a look at these properties -- hopefully one of these will be the perfect one for you. If not, that's okay as well, we won't rest until we find you something that makes you happy.

We will also walk you through the entire paperwork process from contract to close. We're here for you!

THAT'S NOT ALL - we currently have a special going on where we are offering 1/3 OF OUR REALTOR COMMISSION BACK TO OUR CLIENTS. This is a huge return.

We'd be happy to assist you.

Feel free to contact me via email or phone.

Being a real estate agent I can't advise you of areas of safety, but I can assist you with properties I would consider for myself. I hope you understand. Anyway, I have lived in the Dallas area all my life and have been a licensed real estate agent going on 20 years, so I'm sure you will be happy with my service and my service to you is free. The management company or landlord pays my fee. Please make a list of wants, needs, and an idea of area/s then give me a call. I have found I can be better assistance with a small consultation rather than endless emails. Once we narrow down an area, I would suggest you to access the city police department for crime stats.

Welcome to Dallas!

There are plenty of nice areas in Dallas, cities such as Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Plano, Coppell, Southlake, Flower Mound, and many more are highly desireable. As of crime, you may also check with the local police department for the most accurate and updated info about crime in addition to https://www.crimereports.com/.

I think what you need to consider are the following:
Where exactly in Dallas do you have to be?
How far are you willing to commute to work?
What is your budget?
Is there any school that you have in mind?

Please give me a thumbs up or choose best answer if the above info helps!

Most of the north Dallas area is good. But just about every area has a 'bad' section. Working with an agent who knows the particular area well is your best bet. I know Plano, Allen, Frisco, McKinney if you need assistance in any of these areas.

Let me know if I can help.
