Hi Ericka,

I have lived in Cape Coral for almost 24 years and have raised my children here. We have some excellent schools and as others have mentioned we also have controlled choice so your child doesn't have to go to the school closest to your home. For more information on our schools here you can visit

Cape Coral is a great place to live but make sure you work with a Realtor® that will explain very important things such as the city utility expansion project. If you are not familiar with that please feel free to contact me and I will explain how it can impact your decision on which area to purchase in.

Anywhere in Cape Coral is great for families. Lots of parks and recreation activities. We also have what is called "school Choice" where you get to choose the school you child attends based on their needs and the parent's wants. Your child might be on a bus for an hour to and from school, but it is your CHOICE.
Are you planning to initially rent or do you want to take advantage of our low prices to buy right away?
My office website below can provide you with lots of information about the City and County as well.
Check it out.

Please email me at and I will give you all her information.
Good luck with your move and if you need any real estate advice please feel free to contact me.
