I would be glad to go and preview these. Since you are out of town, I could also snap a video of the inside and out for you, if possible.

Hi Barbara,

When it comes to rentals, we recommend Craigslist. 85% to 95% of rentals in San Diego are leased through that site.

Enter the zip code in the Search Box and then fill in your other parameters for rent and the minimum number of bedrooms, etc. Here is the link to get you started.

Most home owners, management comapnies and agents advertise on Craigslist. Beware of scams, if it looks to good to me true, it probably is. Make sure you meet someone at the property, fill out an apllication, etc.

Know that the rental market in San Diego moves fast, so check a few times a day and call as soon as possible.

Best of luck,

What price range are you looking to spend. I've found a couple of properties, Point Loma area's are very costly, I found a properties close by that are under $5000.

Hi Ms Wilson,

there are several nice homes for you to choose from in the Point Loma area. Price is around $6000.00 per month. Is that the price range you are interested in? If you would like higher or
lower let me know and I will send you some options.
