I am looking for a place south of Garfield ave with a budget of $2600.00. we would like to be moving around June or July

Looks like we should start looking next week in may for a place in June
Glad to know you have pets so I can look I ly for those properties that take pets
How big are your dogs? This question will get asked by the landlords

Hi, Keith

Any rental property available now will be looking for renters to move in May or middle of May at latest. You want to start looking about beginning of May for June and beginning of June for July. Please contact me when you have a more definitive date and I can find you properties that will fit what you are looking for. In the meantime, you can get your paperwork ready - current credit history for all adults in the house and current FICO's. Some landlords will also require a bank statement and paystubs and some even want tax returns.

Any rental inventory that's available now, won't be available by summer time. Based on your criteria provided, you know what you want, and this is a good start.
