I am licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We can evaluate properties available in your price range in areas on both sided of the bridge to see what we can find. Frankly, $400 is going to be a challenge and may only get you a room in a house.

Please get in touch with me so we can discuss what you are looking for in a rental, besides price, and see what is available.
