A client of mine just introduced me to http://www.arealhomeawayfromhome.com they are furnished rentals in Edmond. One price covers all utilities and everything. She said there are even sheets and towels. It's a great find for my clients who choose to build custom or who have a gap between homes.

I know of 2 rentals currently available in the Copper Creek addition, near NW 178th & Penn. Not sure of the lease amount, but they're worth checking into. I believe they're 1937 NW 176th St & 1932 NW 178th St. Hope this helps. Good luck on your search.

If the Trulia "Rent" tab above does not have the inventory you are looking for, call Brian at 405-314-2216, he has a unit coming open in October. Tell him Josh sent you.

Paul, the last time I checked the vacancy rate was 1% for rentals so if you find one....you need to jump on it. Also, I may be wrong but most require a one year lease.

First, if you have not, go to http://www.newsok.com this is the website for "The Daily Oklahoman" newspaper or pick up a copy of Sunday's paper. @ the website Click on Classifieds Real Estate Rentals then on the drop down menu click on the Area you're wanting.

In addition, here are 3 Leasing Companies I work with who can help you on rental properties in OKC, Mustang, Yukon, Edmond, Guthrie, etc. what we call the Oklahoma City Metro Area. I suggest you send them an e-mail explaining your wants and needs. I've provided you with their websites, e-mails, phone numbers, and contacts. The last one Featherstone is based in Edmond and they do have some homes available. If you would tell them I sent you...I get a finder's fee.
