Alicia.jacoc…, Renter in Norfolk, VA

I am currently looking for an apartment in Maryland (close to the DC area) however, my credit is bad. Is it possible to get an apt w/bad credit?

Rentals work a little differently than sales. Your credit score is not necessarily as important as how many accounts you have open (I.e. credit cards, student or car loans, etc.) and whether or not they are all current. Additionally, if you have been a great tenant in the past and previous landlords will support that, many landlords would love to have you as a tenant. Let me know if you would like help finding a place.
