I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your home. I'm with the Real Estate Mortgage Network and there is a new loan available to any one displaced by Sandy, owners as well as renters. It is an FHA loan and it will be available for 1 year from the date of Sandy. It allows you to borrow 100% of the purchase price to buy your home. As with other loan programs there are guidelines that have to be met but feel free to give me a call anytime on my cell. I would be happy to answer any questions for you.
